Certifications include: Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Management Information Systems (MIS) option, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology & Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering.
Our Technical engineer is an Accredited Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Professional (CCNSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Other qualifications include Certificate in Computer maintenance and networking & Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
He has played a vital role as in-charge of technical teams in various ISP firms. His forte includes maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving customer service problems, identifying trends, recommending system improvements. He possesses strong project management skills, with proven ability to direct large-scale development and installation projects. He is proficient & skilled in determining system requirements and resolving technical issues quickly & effectively.
Our IT Software Engineer holds 6+ years of experience in software engineering and Database administration. He is an expert with a wide variety of security, engineering, networking, business intelligence and operating system software. Additionally, he possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Software Engineering.
This team has more than 20 years’ experience in the Telecommunications, ICT, FinTech & FMCG industry. They have worked in major telecommunication companies in East Africa (Sudan, Kenya) & Ghana in different capacities. These include Sales Operations, Marketing, Trade promotions, Partner & Channel management, Route to Market strategy & implementation.
The team has successfully delivered projects for agent, merchant recruitment, customer acquisition & retail management for clients such as Mpesa, T-Kash, Nilepay PLC, Yeel & Kush Bank. They have managed events, brand immersions / product launches through below the line activations and roadshows.
